The Show
The world champions of Hip Hop take you on a fusion of dance and live music with the Asterism ensemble.
After having conquered more than 30,000 spectators with “Dance N’ Speak Easy”, the company returns with a creation in which 9 artists, musicians and virtuoso dancers, chain arabesques, house dance, saltos and break.
Rhythmed with electro and pop interludes à la Woodkid, the academicism of classical music is not opposed to the street language of hip hop dance, on the contrary: they constitute together.
Philippe Lafeuille (Tutu, Audience Award Avignon OFF 2015) once again signs the staging of this show and explores, in duet with the choreographer Njagui Hagbe, this finely articulated dialogue between musicians and dancers. It gives rise to vibrations that disconcert us and yet end up reconciling seemingly opposite universes.
A mix of styles that goes beyond all stereotypes and aims to bring audiences and generations together.
